TOTAL SCAM
I ordered 2 dresses from this company for $42USD each. The picture of the dresses were flowy and I thought they would be perfect for summer. When I received the dresses, the material was cheap and stiff, not flowy at all. They felt heavy and boxy when I tried them on. I emailed them and stated by issue. They responded offering me 20% refund on my order and to keep the product. I emailed them back and declined, saying they were not as advertised and were uncomfortable to wear. Thank god I paid through PayPal with my credit card! I started a case with them and sent them copies of my email correspondences. The company sent me another email stating they would issue a full refund, but I would have to pay for shipping and provide them with a tracking number. They included a name and a very long, jumbled address in China. The name was to a person, not the company I purchased from (FreeHippySpirit) nor the company that was listed on PayPal (Magic Matrix Technology Co Ltd). When I googled the Matrix company, it wasn't a clothing store at all! When I googled the address they gave, nothing showed up as a business! I contacted PayPal again and gave them the address they provided, told them of my Google searches and said I have to pay for shipping. Within an hour I received an email from PayPal stating I was being issued a full refund and closed the case. Buyer beware!!!!
