Refreshing experience
I was in a hurry to get my order so I made a small error. It was about 10 minutes to Five, but I already clicked, 'Send' so I tried to call the number listed. It was refreshing to get a human on the line immediately, and he resolved my concern with professionalism and expedience. I have now received my repair parts and installed them before I got the request for reviewing the order. That also is rare. Thanks to Jasper T for the amazing experience.
