The sales guy was very helpful
The sales guy was very helpful, responsive, and quick in assisting me throughout the process. Although we agreed on a 3-day express delivery, the package arrived after 7 days, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the C3964 transistor I received came with a slightly different appearance, though the model number was the same. Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive, and the sales support was excellent.
