They make it next to impossible for you to remove your card details
I wanted to cancel my subscription but without any prompting they offered me a "pause" option where I would no longer have to pay the monthly subscription until I needed the service again and could start it up again when I needed it. This sounded like the idea option until they started requesting payments from my bank account. I tried to contact them on their chat but as soon as I said it was for an account deletion \ cancellation they put me on hold and left me there ignoring any further messages, I tried to contact them on Twitter but all the replies to other people contact them on twitter Chegg Help directs them to Chegg contact us portal which is the very chat portal where they are ignoring me. Easy to sign up but nearly impossible to leave It would have been zero stars if that had been an option
