Incorrect Eye test
I believe my eye test was carried out incorrectly at this optician. I returned the glasses provided because the prescription was not accurate, which was later confirmed by a second eye test at Specsavers. The test felt rushed, and I was not given enough time to make clear and accurate decisions during the examination. Although the staff at the front desk who assisted me in choosing frames were excellent, my overall experience was poor. Both my distance and near vision prescriptions appear to have been tested incorrectly.
