We have been a client of Vodien for more than 6 years. My recent experience with Vodien has been appalling and to this date, they have not fixed my issues, proposed a suitable alternative solution or even had the courage to pick up the phone and talked to me directly (despite many requests for a phone call from the relevant personal). They were on the phone nearly every day to me in April to push my migration to a new server (that I did not request). Payment was made in April for the new server without them checking that it did fit my current requirements and technical constraints. My migration was supposed to be prioritised but I found out 4 month later that I still havent been migrated. Unsuccessful migration attempts were subsequently made without taking into account my timings request and with last minute notification. All the while it is impossible to contact anybody and receive a proper project plan with timings and issue resolution. I would not recommend this provider to anybody as they have total disregard for their customer.
