Batteries are trash
I bought a whole set of smallrig equipment to build a video rig for dslr. I opted to keep it all in the same family and got their v99 batteries as well. Picked up 2. In less than 2 months time both are dead and won't charge up. Ready around with so many having the same problem. Reach out to smallrig for help. Not a peep. Giving 2 stars for the rig equipment but thats it. Trash customer service because there was none and they charge more than other companies that have way better working batteries. Neewer and ZGCine are better priced and both working solid after almost a year after smallrigs died.
