Best customer service I’ve ever experienced from any business, period. Any time we had a problem or question, we sent an email and generally heard back within MINUTES with actual solutions. That said, the cellular connection was highly erratic both inside and outside London. Without changing physical location, we’d go from no network connection, to 3G, to 4G, and from one bar to four bars, all within the span of a 5-10 minutes.
