Do NOT order from Homrain. I ordered my daughter’s HOCO dress and received it in the time frame I needed. However, the dress fits horribly - the top is way too big and falls off her shoulders, the bottom is super tight and rolls up. This dress would become a belt if we kept it - embarrassing for a 15 year old! I never received an email confirming order or anything but what PayPal recorded. I emailed for a refund. They responded offering 10% off (what a joke). I emailed again asking for a full refund. They responded with how about either 30% off or store credit? I responded again with NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE. Now I have to get my credit card company involved to get my money back. Don’t waste your time or money with this shady, untrustworthy company. I wish I would’ve read these reviews before ordering!
