5 star for customer support 2 star for website experience Booked a vehicle but host say vehicle was unavailable. Could not cancel the trip through the app, couldn't figure out how to cancel through the browser too. After that just couldn't retrieve my account details through the browser. After many trial and errors, finally managed to get it done. Took me about an hour...I dont know what to say anymore.
