Seemed okay.
I contacted them about a confusing oddity in their pricing system for reprints. I found the information I needed the article for elsewhere in the meantime so I did not actually purchase, but their support people were polite and did a good job answering my question. I think they're crazy to charge 60 USD for 48-hour access to a single magazine article, though.
