I cannot recommend PVY based on my experience. My bicycle never arrived, and instead of taking responsibility, I have been given generic replies telling me to “wait a little longer” while they contact the logistics company. As the customer, I should not have to deal with the consequences of their shipping problems. The seller is responsible for ensuring the product is delivered. If a shipment is lost, they should immediately send a replacement and handle the claim with the courier themselves. Instead, they keep delaying the process and expect me to wait indefinitely. Customer service has been disappointing, with slow responses and no concrete solution. This is not the level of service I expect from a company selling products internationally. If you are considering buying from PVY, be aware that if something goes wrong with the delivery, you may be left waiting without a proper resolution.
