Appalling experience
Appalling, ordered a costume and it was in a much poorer condition than advertised. Took two days to get a response from customer support and when I did they basically told me to go fk myself offering a “10% refund” if I sent it back and covered the return cost (£30+ when the product cost me almost £50) NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE, PURELY A SCAM
