Poor customer service
Poor customer service. It takes days for them to reply. One earring was defective and after sending video, they denied and said I had to tighten the earring. I had it installed by a professional piercer and it fell out same day. I put it back in twice after falling out 2 more times within 2 days. All other earrings from that order stayed tight. The installation is very easy so there isn't a chance it wasn't tightened after 3 installations and multiple tightens while in the ear. Frustrated at their service and customer care.
