A unique experience in Tibet
I got a tour to Tibet and had a great experience. From the start I was contacted by Fox and he took care of everything for me: visa entries for Tibet, flight tickets, contact with local guides, instructions about how to dress up appropriately and how to handle altitude sickness. It was a great experience to have someone attentive with the trip organisation. During my days in Tibet I was in a small group with people that didn’t speak English. Only the guide would speak English, and our driver, although he wouldn’t speak English, he was also super friendly and attentive to my needs. The food and suggestions offered by the tour guide were always on point. I do feel my guide went the extra mile to make me comfortable, maybe because I had no one else to talk to. I think if there were more English speakers in the group to share this experience with, it would have been a plus. Nevertheless it was a great trip and I totally recommend it. Ps: I went as well to the Everest base camp and bought an oxygen tank that it was too big, I bought it as precaution and I do refrer a little because it was expensive. I saw people there with ones half of the size I got. If you don’t have many altitude symptoms, a medium tank is enough to provide peace of mind.
