customer service absent
Like most of the other reviews, customer service is absent. Delivered an e-bike with broken finger throttle. First converation went well, promissed to reissue, even asked for address. after that, almost a month with no responce to mails, no info no updates. bike is good for money as long as everything is working. consider other webplace than .com. Seems to be many other distributors, may be there customer service is better.
