SCAM!! DO NOT BUY!
Updates: The only email reply I got was ask me to contact local official store myself since I did not buy officially from your webpage. Still did not resolve my problem by telling me the same old thing. ___________________________________ Please do not buy anything from JOVS. Bought their IPL machine and it's faulty now and I can't even get hold of the local official store. Contacted the HQ and said they won't assist on this, it's pretty common sense to always buy from local official store instead from overseas since the plug and voltage will be different. So now they don't honour their warranty!
