I submitted a parcel on the 12th of September and paid for a service of transport that claimed it will take 10 - 16 days to arrive at my house. On the 22 of September they finally packaged the stuffs 10 DAYS AFTER I SUBMITTED IT. On the 26 they sent it out to the airport. It's already the 12th of October ONE MONTH HAVE PASSED and still I haven't received mi package yet. The problem I have is that I paid more money for the shipment to be faster but instead is taking more time.
