Was informed even though I paid for the non existent bike 27-09-24 I cannot expect my refund until 25-11-24… and the only explanation out of our hands now… You would have to be a complete idiot to consider buying one of these bikes !!!!!! Never have I been treated so badly by a company it’s an absolute joke STAY WELL CLEAR

As a follow on from this crap company I asked my bank for a chargeback and I have now been notified the chargeback has been accepted and I will get my refund…. Wait for it ….25/11/24…. Yep that’s right when I paid for the bike the money was transferred immediately… 3 weeks later no bike now I’ve to wait in total almost 2 months from wen I bought the bike 27/09/24 STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY IT REALKY IS A JOKE

I only gave it one star because I had too last Friday was three weeks since I ordered the bike ( 5-7 days) they said!!!! So I got a chargeback on my card they claim they have sent the money back to my bank… my bank claims they have heard nothing from them!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FULL OF FALSE PROMISES AND LIES… whether their bikes are good or not I have no idea but their customer service is crap!!!!!! THE RESPONSE THEY HAVE WRITTEN BELOW IS COMPLETE B/S LAST WEEK THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD REFUNDED ME AND TODAY THEY ARE TELLING ME THERE IS A DELAY !!!! THE CERTIFICATE THEY SENT IS LITERALLY A PIECE OF WHITE PAPER STATING THEY HAVE REFUNDED ME.. NO ACCOUNT NUMBERS OR ANYTHING THIS COMPANY IS A TITAL SCAM .. DO NIT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY I HAVE OVER 40 TEXTS AND 30 EMAILS FROM THEM ALL STATING TOTAL B.S.
