Lazada Hotline unable to help/no follow up/every day different Agent. Requests to speak to Supervisor/Manager denied/not free. Promised will call when free. Still waiting for refund/ No Call from Supervisor or Manager. 17.10.24 - Lazada cancelled *Return/Refund.* Money not returned. Called Hotline again/Agent said will escalate up. Complained / No use. No Supervisor around. No Email to Complain. 18.10.24 - Filed a Police Report. Contacted by Investigating Officer for more clarifications. 22.10.24 Tuesday - Lazada return money to Lazada Cash/Wallet. Must use within 1 month. Lazada Voucher, Coins used for Oven Toaster forfeited. OK with me as /already wasted a lot of my time. Do not want to waste more. Lazada cash *cannot withdraw*. Got to use it to buy from *Lazada or Red Mart.* Used it to buy 1 dozen Brand Essence of Chicken from RedMart / Free Delivery for first time.
