Ordered four bracelets as presents for my Bridesmaids. Two arrived in the square boxes. Then a week later the other two arrived. Both bracelets in one round gift box. Considering I emailed prior to purchase to confirm four individual gift boxes and paid extra to ensure a gift bag for each bridesmaid I was disappointed when they arrived like this. I emailed customer services who first wanted pictures before they could send my query to thier ‘team’ to find a solution. Not sure how hard it is to send another box. How they expect to gift two people a bracelet in one box I have no idea. Customer service after purchase has been slow and poor. Emailed and requested info on the refund/returns process. Hopefully the responses are better. ***EDIT** Head of Customer Services contacted me and found a solution to sending me the box needed but also a way to make sure they all match. Additionally a necklace has been included as a way of addressing the mistake. Hopefully all are perfect. Seda the lady that contacted me was great in her communication and I couldn’t fault her approach. I look forward to receiving my items. They turned it around and the review has been changed from 2* to 4* to reflect that.
