Really long delivery times and mediocre customer service
Was considering raising chargeback for non delivery of goods because it's been three months (ordered Jan 12) and they couldn't provide a tracking number. Claimed it was from their new line but then there was "reviews" from June 2025... At the moment if been in "customs" for 1 month. Update #1 (7 Apr): Have since provided a tracking number but delivery times are still well past 5-6 weeks. Will update as delivery continues. Update #2 (21 Apr): It finally arrived! One of the slats has been damaged in transit but otherwise in good condition. Solid build. In short, only order from here if you're happy to wait bang on 100 days for your order to arrive.
