T2C unusable after Tesla update, no support response
My Carlinkit T2C developed the same severe display/scaling problem reported by other customers after the Tesla software update. My exact hardware is: TesPush_T2C Firmware 26020416.5.3 Hardware CA-BT-PanNet-A1 The CarPlay interface is severely enlarged and cropped. I have contacted Carlinkit multiple times by email and WhatsApp but have received no response. Other T2C customers with different hardware have already received firmware from Carlinkit that fixes this exact Tesla compatibility problem. I am simply asking Carlinkit to provide the correct official firmware for my hardware. Please contact me and provide the compatible firmware.
