This is a front for a Chinese company…
This is a front for a Chinese company that has no business or moral ethics. I bought a laser engraver and 2 years warranty. They messad me around with support. I had also purchased a honeycomb cutting board. I sent the engraving machine back but they refused to refund me for the board. So not go near this company or creality products!
