Customer service was excellent. Only draw back was auto-renewal without warning ...only once a year - if you didn't mark your calendar, the day came and then you were on the hook for another entire year with no means to cancel. Wrote management immediately, however being a holiday weekend they didn't et back to me as soon. Bottom line - they worked it out were I should see a full refund. Enjoy Curiosity Stream however they have priced themselves out. Sad
