Great service, fast shipping.
Great service, fast shipping and excellent products. I have bought a DF83V after owning a DF64 gen1 for about 3 years. The purchase went smooth, fast response to my questions and great prices including very fair shipping charges. The grinder arrived to me in the promised 10 day frame date, shipped with FedEx. Overall I am very happy with the grinder, build quality is night and day compared to my old DF64, it really look and feel like premium grinder. Dailing in coffee for espresso was super easy, retention is close to 0 with RDT. The grinder is extremely quiet, significantly more quiet than my DF64 and it's about 3 times faster grinding a shot for espresso. RPM adjustment is easy, currently I am using it with 800rpm for espresso and it's a good balance of speed and less fines. The DLC burrs performs extremely well for espresso, pronounce delicate flavors, nice clarity and good body. So overall I am very happy with my purchase and I recommend everyone to order directly from the manufacturer and save the extra money compared to buying from a local retailer. I do hope DF64COFFEE will keep manufacturer great grinders for a decent price and continue to offer us coffee enthusiasts a varity of top quality grinders to pick from... So I think we need a DF98 in the near future :-)
