I would rated it zero if I could. I purchased some item from them. and the item came without a TAG, I did not realize it until when I packed it for return, and I requested the returned the next day when I received it, and it took two emails requests for them to respond. No action taken after they received (approved by USPS) the return item for more than two weeks. then I was blame that the tag was missing, and not ELIGIBLE for return/exchange.
