UnHappy with Happy Nest recently
I've been using Happy Nest for nearly two years and haven't had many issues, but this one irks me. I scheduled a pickup last Thursday for delivery Friday. Received a text and email stating they were short staffed and would get my laundry delivered Saturday, but did not. I emailed support on Sunday and Alicia stated my laundry would be returned on Monday (today). Still waiting. I will update if things change.
