Same issue - no order, no customer service
I have experienced the same issue as others on this review forum. I placed an order on Sept 30. Still have not received it and I have emailed 3 times. Website says they respond within 48 hours. NOPE! I also checked my junk mail as well. I have tried the online chat. The tracking number stops in Canada and no update. It is so past the 15 days to return. I want a full refund with no shipping charges as I did not even receive the order. Horrible customer service, well I can’t even say that as you do not get any. I will be posting on as many forums as possible to NOT EVER order from them online.
