My order was supposed to be here last week and it was sent out with UniUni(Out for delivery for 5 straight days) still haven’t received and today they said it’s been returned to warehouse or sender. I contacted the customer service from Gravastar and asked them for a replacement and to send it via UPS and they got me paying extra $23 for replacement and delivery again. Paid that and asked for an update now it’s been freaking 3 days and still haven’t received any update and response from the gravastar customer service. I was really excited to get the product and test it out BUT I’M VERY DISAPPOINTED NOW and will probably never deal with them. Anyone reading this hope you don’t have to deal with it and I would just buy from other brands cause this can happen to you too. Would give a 0 if there was an option, I was very patient about all this but it’s been almost two weeks and my patience level has ran out. Order #GR118838
