Unprofessional Service and No Refund I started my visa application with this company on October 16, expecting to receive my visa within 3 days as promised. However, after 8 days of waiting and contacting customer service repeatedly, I still had not received my visa or the official application number from the government. I eventually applied through the government’s official website, and my application went through, which indicates that my application with this company was never submitted. When I requested to cancel my application and get a refund, I was told I would receive an email for further assistance, but I have yet to hear back or receive my refund. This level of service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would strongly advise against using this service.
