Amsterdam to Jakarta
We had two flights from Amsterdam to Jakarta, both with IndiGo. The first flight to Mumbai was fine, with good food and drinks and attentive staff. But the second flight to Jakarta, which took six hours, was terrible. We were offered NO food or drinks, and the staff was nowhere to be seen. It was an old plane, packed, with only two toilets. I did receive a request to write a review for the first flight, but not for the second.
