REDBUS.CO HAS BEEN HACKED!!
I bought a R/T bus ticket between Medellin and Santa Fe de Antioquia. I did not realize that the company was using military time and I selected the wrong return hour. I immediately cancelled it and was told they would issue a refund. Ten days later the refund has not come. However, that is not the main issue. The problem is that this company, REDBUS.CO has been hacked by another outfit, REDBUS.COM, and they have been asking me to send them my bank information in order to issue the refund. I would never use this website again. Other than that, the bus ride was great and the driver was very professional and very attentive.
