It is just a scam
It is just a scam. Got myself a digital document for my trip to Bali. Got a pdf of 16 pages which anyone can make. Doesn’t look professional at all and as i asked questions about it got the reply they do not advise to use a digital document. Then why is it sold this way on the website? Now i paid 25 euros for nothing and i don’t have the right document to hire a scooter.
