This bike has been a headache since the day i bought it. Constant failures. Bought from duotts on eBay. Order Number - 07-12224-80730 Constant Punctures due to a manufacturing defect in the rim. Various screws keep coming loose. Brake pads fall out leading to brake failures. The screw snapped off on handlebar stem. Seat snapped off. Battery stopped working. Chain fell off and can’t be replaced because the size is non-standard. And many more headaches within the first year of ownership. The worst problem yet is the fact that the LCD display stopped working and can’t be replaced because the 7 pin connector is incredibly rare. Meaning your only option to order one for €80 from one sport when they’re €20 on Amazon in the 5 pin configuration. This bike has been designed to fail so that your forced to keep buying replacement parts from one sport. DO NOT BUY. If you’re still within the warranty period I would seek to return it rather than repair. Not worth the hassle. It’s a money pit. The repairs will never end.
