I had an issue with a part
I had an issue with a part. I emailed them asking about a way to fix it, because it wasn't under warranty anymore, I just wanted to know how to fix it. Instead they sent me a replacement part anyway, free of charge. Ive had this chair for 5 years, best chair i ever owned.
