Fire Maple Polaris - awesome!
I use the versatile Fire Maple Polaris cooking system for anything from boiling water for coffee to pairing with their nonstick skillet to cooking meals. Regulated pressure allows me to go full blast to boil water super quick or adjust to low temps when I am cooking/simmering in the pan. Highly recommended for your kit.
