Poor quality and even poorer customer service. A flat back earring I purchased broke within a week or so of it arriving. The jewels broke off the screw in head, leaving me unable to remove the earring. I couldn’t find the broken part as it fell off while I was out. It eventually tore through the piercing, before I could get to a professional piercer to remove it. The company denied it was theirs because they couldn’t identify it without the broken part and kept asking for videos. I had provided them with two photos. Countless emails later, no refund, offered a store credit then vanished. Although they did send me a generic emails saying ‘we’re still here for you, Jewel’ 🙄
