Cute and affordable
I purchased the 4B-2054N Thermal printer, it was the perfect size, color, and affordable for getting my small business started. Ran into a mechanical error so I contacted customer support. They were quick to respond and were incredibly helpful with getting my issue addressed. Jamie was amazing, quick to provide possible solutions, and arranged for a replacement when one couldn't be found. Amazing experience all around
