Scam return policy. Was absolutely nothing wrong with my jacket sent it back directly after opening the package. Said it was “in not good condition” well, that’s how you sent it to me then. Complete scam. RIP $1,000. Don’t use these shit holes It gets even worse. They used a brown jacket they had laying around and compared it to my black one. Then they said they didn’t look the same so rejected my refund. Well, no shit idiots. You admitted to using a different jacket as a reference. Either just horrible incompetence or a scam and fraud company. Will report to BBB. Also, that reply down there, also complete bullshit. They know my order. They emailed me and offered me a 10% discount for me to change my review to a positive one. Bribing me 10% for fraud? Hilarious. NEVER trust this company. Especially if you’re between sizes and need to try something on.
