Great until it wasn’t
I have done four preorders with them. The first three there were no issues, the items came on time. The fourth, which was originally scheduled to be delivered in May has been continuously pushed back to now September, over 10 months after first ordered. No clarity or transparency to the issue, just generic “supply issues.” Poor customer service.
