Transaction did not go through on the 11-4-24. Order is still setting in my shopping cart. Had to pay more this morning. (called it in) Someone was suppose get a hold of me in regards to this matter. So far no call and no email. Tried to check out order last night twice but Kitco system did not work. Hit the check out twice, and nothing happened.
