Must Read-awful experience
Absolutely shocking company. DO NOT BUY. BEWARE They'll respond promptly to get a sale or to drip feed you because they can't give you stock. 1. There were long delays securing the correct size as their sizing is incorrect. 2. then they insist thatI had to pay for postage BACK TO CHINA and not declare the full price as they would have to pay duty and not pay for tracking!!! 3. I waited months for the correct size which was posted from NSW. 4. My ring started malfunctioning within the first 4 weeks of use. Battery drained after 1.5 hours, couldn't record any sleep data. Had to keep recharging it every hour! 5. I sent numerous emails to their only contacts. The ever so responsive Sonapang email suddenly blanked every single one of my emails requesting a refund over a 4 month period. The After-sales email address also completely ignored my emails. There's no phone number. There's no details of a Head Office anywhere on the Internet. I should have known from.the get go, when they were asking me to under declare for their customs duties, that this was a dodgy company. A waste of $300. It's left me so angry because I'm not protected by my country's consumer laws as they aren't a local company. If this message saves one person the ordeal, it's worth it. I wish I paid more for another ring from a different company. You get what u pay for.
