Order arrived damaged and cheaply made
Order arrived damaged and cheaply made, frame is worthless. When I attempt to initiate a return the website claims they cannot find my order. Total scam. I have tried to contact customer service during their advertised hours - a recording says customer service is closed. When attempting to email customer service I get automated response that they will contact me. No one has contacted me. When attempting to fill out their on-line claims form, I get an error. BEWARE!
