I was at the end of my treatment…
I was at the end of my treatment waiting for additional aligner for my top teeth and retainers when they sent out information about a safety concern with the treatment. Now they refuse to send me the retainers and additional aligner unless I get a dentist to sign off that I can continue with it, of which the expense would be out of my own pocket. I paid over $2,000 for this and am extremely dissatisfied
