Terrible Experience
VODIEN is a great joke. All were good previously, till our email accounts all could not function. Turns out we are hitting our storage limit. The salesperson attended to me and were so passionate in getting me to upgrade my plan. We upgraded to some plans with much higher storage with great assurance. The next day, every single of our emails malfunctioned! Some settings were not done properly and the Live Chat do not attend to issues related to VPS [the new plan which we signed up for]! We had to go through emails and emails... well, we thought the horror episode was over after our emails are up. Never did I thought that the creation of new emails is the beginning of a new nightmare. VPS replied to our issues, and their replies are directing towards different direction each time. One told me to use the new hosting. One told me to revert back to cpanel. I engaged the Live Chat services once again... the operator told me he has done the setting for me and my new accounts will work 2-4 hours later. But they didnt work. I engaged the Live Chat few nights later... same thing happened. After an hour or so, operator asked me to approach VPS again because he cant do anything about it. This is terribly frustrating, I highly recommend to stay away from VODIEN.
