bad customer service
ordered a scooter over a month ago, first it didnt ship after over a week, then they said it is out of stock (the scooter) which is understandable. It was supposed to be shipped a week ago, when it was back in stock. It didnt, they stopped responding to every massage I sent and after that I asked for a refund. Still waiting for an answer from them.
