I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Bradford Pies. I placed an order nearly a month ago and have yet to receive it. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email, I have not received a response. The lack of communication and customer service from Bradford Pies is unacceptable. I understand that delays can happen, but the complete lack of response and updates is inexcusable. I would strongly advise against ordering from Bradford Pies until they can improve their customer service and communication. It is incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark about the status of my order and to be ignored when seeking answers.
