ADT customer customer should be rated less than 1 star. Rude, incompetent, unprofessional. As a 16 year customer, you would think you would be valued but quite the opposite is true. After the poor treatment I decided to cancel. Said it would take 30 days to cancel and bad mouthed me several times. Stay as far away from ADT as possible. Bap
