Zero star if I can - Telco not recommended
Zero star if I can. Their recharge processes failed, I managed to recharge, after checking balance everything, another charge happened 30mins later. M1 refused to refund, I had not used that cos not needed. This Telco not recommended. Poor service and all they care is sales and unethical means of getting money.
